Coupe de France: Who Did Ligue 1 Clubs Draw for The Round of 16?
Stade Briochin vs. OGC Nice
In the Round of 32, Stade Briochin edged past FC Annecy on penalties after the two sides finished 90 minutes level at 1-1. As for OGC Nice, they defeated Bastia in a tightly contested 1-0 match in the latest installment of the Mediterranean derby.
Bourgoin-Jallieu vs. Stade de Reims
After pulling off the upset win over Olympique Lyonnais on penalties, Bourgoin-Jallieu will face another Ligue 1 McDonald's team in Stade de Reims. As for Reims, they also secured a victory on penalties over AS Monaco after their contest ended 1-1 following the 90 minutes.
Troyes vs Stade Brestois
Troyes pulled off an upset in the Round of 32 following their 1-0 win over Stade Rennais. In a duel between Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs, Brest walked away with a 2-1 victory over FC Nantes to advance to the next phase of the competition.
Le Mans vs. Paris Saint-Germain
Le Mans went to a penalty kick shootout to edge Valenciennes FC after the contest between the two sides ended 1-1. PSG was in a tough fight against Espaly, who took the early 1-0 lead and leveled the contest 2-2, but Luis Enrique and his team pulled away with two late goals for a 4-2 win.
Toulouse vs. En Avant Guingamp
It will be another Ligue 1 McDonald's facing a Ligue 2 side when Toulouse face Guingamp. Les Violets are coming off a 2-1 win over Stade Laval to advance while Guingamp defeated FC Sochaux-Montbรฉliard on penalties after the contest ended in a 2-2 draw.
AS Cannes vs. SU Dives-Cabourg
Cannes pulled off the upset in their Round of 32 win after defeating Ligue 2 side FC Lorient 2-1. SU Dives-Cabourg secured a 1-0 victory in a tightly contested matchup against Le Puy Foot 43 Auvergne.
Strasbourg vs. Angers SCO
Two Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs will clash when Strasbourg face Angers in the Round of 16. Strasbourg needed to go to a penalty kick shootout to defeat ES Thaon after their match ended 2-2 while Angers edged US Quevilly-Rouen Mรฉtropole in a 3-2 win.
LOSC Lille vs. Haguenau or Dunkerque
In a battle of Ligue 1 McDonald's teams, Lille took down Olympique de Marseille on penalties after the contest ended 1-1. The winner of the match between Haguenau and Dunkerque will face Les Dogues after their matchup was postponed.
